Claude Monet, was considered to be the founder of impressionism, and one of the most influential landscape painters in the history of impressionism. Monet enrolled the studio of Glenyre, he met Renoir, Sisley, and Bazille, formed the core group of the impressionist.

Monet moved to Paris in1859, May. His family shows no rejection to his recognised artistic life because of the prospective earnings for the history and portrait painter were good. He received appropriate studio training because of the letters of recommendation and still lifes.

Road in Chailly, broke the tradition of portraying a landscape literally by conveying the effects of atmosphere, time and season’s factor by eliminating black and grey colors from palette. He often paints a series of the exact same view under different lights and weather, becomes the pioneer of the 20th century modernism.
